The Management of the Company vests in a Board of Directors consisting of twelve Directors including the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD).
As per guidelines of “Corporate Governance Manual for State PSUs” Government have inducted three Independent Directors to the Board of the Corporation. Present list of Directors as on Date is as follows:
